We are seeking aProduct Management and Marketing Internto join a highly collaborative and fast-moving team dedicated to marketing Pearson products serve Higher Education learners and educators, with a focus on Pearson Writer, a writing app for improving writing skills. Collaboration, partnership, and accountability are foundational to success in this role. Key Responsibilities * Implement marketing plans for assigned products, in collaboration with marketing teams. This includes the creation of assets such as customer-facing communications, demo videos, and sales tools. * Manage product copy and presence for external web presence as well as internal systems for assigned disciplines. * Assist in the preparation and participation in training for field marketing and sales on product enhancements, as well as new marketing/sales campaigns. * Assist with special projects as assigned by Directors of Product Marketing and Product Management. * Leverage data from Salesforce and other sources to monitor the use and success of products, to inform product marketing activity. * Act as an ambassador for Pearson products, generating excitement and enthusiasm internally and externally. * Be part of a culture that promotes partnership, teamwork, and innovation Qualifications Key Requirements * Two years of college-level courses completed * Experience in supporting efforts of marketing or product development * Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail * Exceptional communication skills (written, oral, presentations) and ability to communicate to diverse audiences, internal and external * Passion for education and its power to transform the potential for individuals and communities worldwide * Familiarity with analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Excel, Google Analytics) * Proficiency with video scripting and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia) * Familiarity with Google suite, MS Office, survey tools, and Salesforce; ability to learn new technologies as needed over time * Ability to work collaboratively with internal partners, authors, and customers * Operates as a self-aware, effective team player and makes a positive impact on culture * Possesses a global outlook and approach Key Attributes * Communication and Collaboration You are able to clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals and groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them to understand as well as retain the message.
