Salary Range $13.29 per hour Close Date 20-June-2019 Category 02 Essential Duties Generate Herberger Institute Schools recruitment data for strategic planning and operations Initiates on going correspondence with prospective students and families as well as current students providing information regarding programs, admission criteria and deadlines Assists with Student Recruitment and Admissions operations such as meetings, workshops, and special events including the details, planning and organization which may entail ordering equipment and handling maintenance requests Coordinates the outreach efforts and support of recruitment activity which includes in-state and out-of-state travel for Herberger Institute Engages with prospective students as follow-up to recruitment endeavors by oral and written correspondence Designs program recruitment focused communication materials Provides a professional level of customer service and support for the Herberger recruitment and admission efforts including effective written and oral communication with prospective students and parents Performs other job-related activities as requested DAYS AND SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM; flexible schedule Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR, any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
