Our fast-growing team is seeking a Database Management Intern who will be working closely with the Media Operations and Sales teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanup and quality of our rapidly growing database, which currently houses approximately 100,000 contacts. This internship will provide broad experience in various aspects of data management, with the potential to turn into a full-time position. What you bring to the table: Update and maintain contact records for FreightWaves contact database Work to identify and implement strategies for optimal contact segmentation based on the needs of the Sales, Marketing, and Media Operations teams Work to ensure that data input through various sources and forms is clean and consistent Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise, including data/information issues or discrepancies In progress or completed bachelors degree or equivalent in Data Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Database Management, or related field Proficiency with HubSpot and Excel preferred Interest in technology and data Strong attention to detail Excellent project management skills A team player who can also work autonomously to get the job done
