In this internship you will be working in the Customer Business Operations department, part of the Customer Strategy, Operations and Marketing organization within the Customer Business Organization to drive alignment and collaboration across the sales regions, marketing and customer support. This organization will influence key partners and constituents across Commercial Engines on customer business priorities and lead sales and operations planning, campaign sales support, and the overall customer strategy and experience
Work across the organization to gather all key data requirements that support business decisions and communication efforts, map the master data sources available containing total or partial information and propose centralized approach through our Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool.
Provide technical data and analytics support to assist the Customer Strategy team in the development of evaluation models.
Assist integration of product marketing and customer strategy teams to better position our products and services in the marketplace.
Strong Microsoft office (Excel & PowerPoint) and communication skills required.
Information systems and data analytics knowledge preferred
Must currently be pursuing a degree in engineering, marketing or business
GPA of 3.0 or higher required
