For more information, please visit: www.sazerac.com. Job Description/Responsibilities Sazerac of Indiana is currently seeking applicants for a Military Internship Role. The successful candidate for the Technical Internship position with Sazerac of Indiana, will be able to work a flexible schedule and be responsible for but not limited to: Ensuring all materials received adhere to required specifications. Verifying processing steps are performed properly to ensure finished product integrity. Performing audits on the manufacturing floor. Supplying feedback to frontline team members on quality results and performance. Ensuring activities, processes and products are compliant with government agencies regulatory requirements including OSHA. Writing, organize and update lab procedures. Participating in and lead problem solving activities to standardize and improve processes. Qualifications/Requirements Required Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or better in engineering or a related field At least 1 year of direct supervision experience At least 21 years of age Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization Ability to effectively multitask Excellent oral & written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft office products Strong analytical and technical skills Solid planning and organizational skills
