Our Services Include: * Asset Management * Global Wealth Management * Investment Banking * Equity Research Responsibilities: 1.Assisting lead account managers for select institutional accounts 2. Assisting with calls and emails to portfolio managers and analysts to convey research and stock recommendations 3. Supporting facilitation of new business process 4. Maintain databases, including updating and analyzing data for trends and possible process improvement 5. Organizing weekly research feedback from sales and trading team and consolidate the information into written form for distribution to analysts 6. Coordinating client visits, including research, sales and company visits. Host sales calls for clients with research analysts and provide written notes to the sales team 7. Reviewing the firms Written Supervisory Procedures pertaining to Institutional Sales. * Job Type: Summer/ Winter Internship This position is on location in Chicago, IL- Hours of operation are 9:00am 5:00pm ET, Monday - Friday.
