We are seeking assistance in our Human Resources department for the fall semester. This individual will provide recruiting support with responsibilities such as: * Sourcing candidates from various job boards and making initial contact with them to generate interest in the company and position. * Assist with job posting and enhance and streamline our use of social media for job postings. * Assist with scheduling phone interviews for the Recruiter and HR Specialist. * Conducting phone screens for Technicians and Utility Tech roles. You will gain practical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, while exercising your ability to think creatively and problem solve. The position will require you to work 20 hours a week. Qualifications: * Some college education preferred with desired majors including Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or similar majors * Experienced with MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel * High level of comfort using social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram * Ability to think creatively and problem solve * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong work ethic and degree of confidentiality Copesan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
