We tailor solutions for a diverse range of government, military, nonprofit, and public-sector clients. IDS International is seeking a Cyber Department Intern to assist with administrative support. The ideal candidate is either a recent graduate or will be graduating Summer/Fall 2019 and able to work at least 25 hours and a maximum of 40 hours. This position is paid and may lead to a permanent role based on company needs and the intern's performance. Responsibilities: * Assist Cyber team in scheduling travel. This includes airfare, lodging, and rental car. * Assist in researching industry conferences/meetings and coordinating logistics. * Help prepare meetings for Cyber Range demos. This includes scheduling space, setting up equipment, providing beverages, and cleaning the room before and after. * Answer general e-mail inquiries for the Cyber Team. * Prepare, submit, and track progress of team invoices and expenses. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or current student in their last semester of school. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Ability to interface professionally with internal employees as well as clients/customers. * Experience with invoicing or expense reports a plus. Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
