Clinical Research Administration Intern Arizona Cardiovascular Research Center - Phoenix, AZ TemporaryEstimated: $41,000 - $54,000 a year Save Education * Bachelor's Degree Skills * Management Experience * Medical Office Experience * Clinical Trials * Clinical Research * Microsoft Office Cardiovascular Research Company located in Central Phoenix is seeking a Clinical Research Administration Assistant/Intern This Internship will expose you to all aspects of Clinical Research Administration and Management. An experience like this is not common and is highly regarded in any research company or hospital! Internship is available for 1 candidate! Full-Time for 6 weeks or Part-time for 9 weeks. Intern will observe and assist Clinical Research Manager with the following responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of conducting clinical trials under the direction of the PI * Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as set described in FDA regulations within the Research team * Maintain accurate and complete documentation (e.g., regulatory documents, signed consent forms, IRB approvals, source documents, drug dispensing and subject logs, and study-related communication) * Clinical Research Regulatory Compliance * Provide organizational management of all aspects of trial conduct and management (e.g., timeliness in completing case report forms, data entry, reporting adverse drug experiences [ADEs], and managing caseload and study files, invoicing, task delegation) * Communicate protocol-related problems to the management staff (e.g., questions regarding the conduct of the clinical trial, possible ADEs, subject compliance, team efficiency, SOP compliance and issues) * Clinical Trial Sponsor communication * Budget and Contract execution * Financial Management (Invoicing, reconciliations etc.) Who we are looking for: * 1 year of medical office / clinical research experience preferred OR 1 year of management experience OR graduate with BBA/MBA * Must be able to multi-task, learn quickly and work efficiently * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook * Knowledge of AthenanetEMR is a PLUS Job Types: Temporary, Internship Experience: * Management: 1 year (Preferred) * Research: 1 year (Preferred) * Medical Office: 1 year (Preferred) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: * Phoenix, AZ (Preferred) Work Location: * One location Employment Length: * 1 - 3 months Save
