This position works with product specialists to conceptualize and create engaging videos and graphics for Wacker Neuson products and services for integration into online learning platforms, sales training, website, social media, and other media. Video Asset Material Development: Under the guidance of product subject matter experts, produce video deliverable for sales force and dealer network to support product training and marketing efforts Collaborate on the creation of new formats, templates, and styles Production and editing of video from set up to publication including video walk-around and other product initiatives Collaborate with various departments to publicize content across multiple channels (intranet, website, social media, online portal) Manage video assets and equipment to ensure proper organization and maintenance Use knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects (or similar) to enhance user experience Videography, video editing, digital graphics, photography and equipment management for training pieces shown internally and externally Work productively in group environments or independently Research and suggest new software or design concepts Document and maintain processes Miscellaneous Training Material Development: Create basic artwork to enhance training documents using adobe illustrator features Create and edit communication and marketing material highlighting new features for internal review Edit documents for presentation and distribution throughout the company globally, this includes but is not limited to PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and SharePoint WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Associates Degree in Communications with an Electronic Media emphasis, Television Production or Motion Graphic Design (Junior standing in Fall 2019 highly preferred) Willingness to work full-time in the summer and part-time during the school year Excellent written communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple projects Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Proficient computer skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Knowledge of concepts for producing photographic images in commercial settings.
