Information Technology Intern Requisition # NAM00858 Country United States State/Province Missouri City Saint Louis Position Type Intern/Co-Op Position Summary Energizer is seeking a summer intern to lead and work on IT special projects with a focus on SAP ERP systems integration. This is a full-time position that will report to the Director of the IT Program Management Office and have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other IT functions and teams. The internship is an 8 12 week program that provides a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world experience within their field. During this internship the successful candidate will plan, execute and deliver IT initiatives for SAP projects. At the end of the internship, the candidate will present project outcomes to the Energizer Information Technology Leadership Team. In addition to the opportunity to acquire real-world experience, arrangements will be made for internal developmental and networking opportunities, including a group career panel discussion with select Energizer leaders towards the end of the project. Accountabilities Coordinate and manage one or more small IT project(s). Learn and apply project management methodology, tools and skills. Develop and execute a project work plan, including scope, timeline, and resources. Track project deliverables and report progress. Plan and develop project testing, communications and training activities. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, and participate in other department team meetings. Other tasks, as assigned. Required Skills and Experience Successful completion of at least second year of full-time undergraduate studies at a college or university. Major/Discipline: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field. Focus in the SAP ERP suite of tools Motivated self-starter with ability to collaborate, multi-task and problem solve. Excellent customer and communication focus with a willingness to deliver high quality outcomes. Familiarity with Microsoft Office software. Internship will run from May to August 2019 as a full-week role (8 am 5 pm Monday through Friday) Working Relationships & Environment Energizer IT supports the companys strategy through our relentless pursuit and delivery of value to the company, our drive for global operational excellence, and our focus on continuous improvement.
