Position Summary Energizer is seeking a summer intern to work on marketing projects within the Global Marketing organization. This is a full-time position that will support integration projects and have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other functions and teams. The internship is 8 12 weeks and provides a unique opportunity for eligible college students to gain relevant experience within the corporate work environment. During this internship, the successful candidate will plan, execute and deliver marketing initiatives for integration projects. Accountabilities Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage one or more small project(s). * Develop, execute and track a project, including scope, timeline, resources, and reporting progress. * Schedule and facilitate meetings, and participate in other department team meetings * Provide support for other projects across the organization as needed. * Present the results of the internship project to Marketing Leadership at the conclusion of the internship * May perform other tasks as assigned. What Youll Learn & Experience * How to co-manage a small marketing project(s). * Develop an understanding of marketing and marketing operations and how they impact the broader organization. * Experience various phases of the project lifecycle. * Learn organizational change management approaches and skills. * Learn to identify, problem solve, and resolve project risks and issues. * Communication and collaboration with marketing stakeholders across functions in a global organization. Required Skills and Experience General Requirements * Successful completion of at least second year of full-time undergraduate studies at a college or university. * Major/Discipline: Marketing, Business, or related field. * Motivated self-starter with ability to collaborate, multi-task and problem solve. * Excellent customer and communication focus with a willingness to deliver high quality outcomes. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office software. * Internship will run to August 2019 as a full-week role (8 am 5 pm Monday through Friday) Working Relationships & Environment About the Department * Energizer Marketing supports the companys vision of connecting our brands, people and products to the world better than anyone else.
