Internship description: We are looking for Undergraduate Juniors & Seniors and Graduate-level Graphic Design students who live in Central Florida area. The Graphic Design & Production Intern will produce physical creative and digital assets for greater IZEA marketing initiatives. * All IZEA internships are for-credit-only arrangements * Currently Recruiting for Fall 2019 (Mid August-Mid December) * Students must receive academic credit for the internship * Will spend at least 2 days/week (preferably 3 days per week) in our Winter Park office * Internships with IZEA run for 12 weeks unless otherwise stated or needed for University credit requirements * NDA paperwork will need to be signed by students IZEA Provides Real World Experience Including: * Relevant work assignments (individual and group) across IZEA's Creative Team. * Personnel, time and facilities to assist interns in professional growth and development * An assessment of individual interns at the end of the program Project Examples - What your day-to-day looks like * Hands-on physical project design and execution * Communicate and collaborate with the Creative and Communication Directors to ensure designs are consistent with client expectations and the overall project goals * Maintain up-to-date design elements for IZEA websites, collateral, and various other marketing needs Desired Attributes - Show us what you got * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with strong follow-through ability * Ability to focus while under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Commitment to bringing in new sources of creative inspiration to your work and team and will be to enhance your creative and technical skills * Critical thinking and self-motivation with a positive attitude and excitement to learn * HTML, CSS, and MAC OSX skills are a plus Required Skills - Stand out above the rest. * Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (portfolio examples are required and simple proficiency task may be administered) * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Gmail and Google Docs * Ability to work within project schedules and deadlines Why would you want to intern here?
