During your 3 month internship, you will work with the Engineering team to design and deliver building automation and security systems for our clients in the Las Vegas area. Tasks will include: Review specifications, drawings and estimates under the direction of your manager Resolve design issues through RFI's, field surveys and documentation. Assist with materials selection, purchasing and tracking Participate in field startup using standard start up and checkout processes Assist in job close out by providing final record drawings and O&Ms Create Graphic front end, human machine interface, page development as needed Potentially design software code or hardware submittals under the supervision of your manager Maintain and adhere to standards for estimating and budgeting software or hardware designs Field support for Project Managers and Design EngineersThis job might be for you if: Current student working towards Technical and/or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Controls, or related areas Technical aptitude and a desire to learn about Building Automation and Controls Ability to work full-time (up to 40 hours) per week during the Summer months, with the potential of extending into the Fall semester We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
