Our 12-week summerEnterprise Program for Interns & Co-ops (EPIC) opportunityoffers candidates working toward their Master's in Human Resources exposure to a variety of specialization and generalist assignments, including Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Operational Excellence, Organizational Development and Manufacturing & Sector/Corporate level Generalist assignments. Positions are available at many of our facilities including: Davidson, North Carolina; La Crosse, Wisconsin; Annandale, New Jersey; Tyler, Texas; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Mocksville, North Carolina; Kent, Washington and Augusta, Georgia just to name a few. As we hire the majority of our full time positions through our intern & co-op talent, successful EPIC candidates will have an opportunity to interview for full-time positions with our post-graduate career tracks in the Accelerated Development Program, a leadership rotational program with designed for Human Resources candidates among other functions. The program, designed to cultivate the future leaders of the HR community within our organization consists of two 12-month plant and/or project-based assignments with a potential opportunity for an additional 6-month cross-functional experience. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development. Program participants roll-off the program into accelerated leadership roles/paths. Learn more about us on our Early Talent page of our website:www.ingersollrand.com Successful Candidates Profile * Overall 3.0 GPA or above * Pursuing a MS degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations field or MBA with HR concentration * Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of two by graduation examples such as - school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects) * Work experiences (minimum of 2 years previous corporate work experience plus two functionally related internships or six months of HR experience) * Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States * Resiliency and ability to adapt quicklyWe are committed to helping you reach your professional, personal and financial goals.
