What You Will Do As a Product Manager with us, you will have end-to-end responsibility in a cross-functional team for product decisions and outcomes related to one or more digital solutions, with a mission to shape and implement solutions that transform clinician and patient experiences. Key Responsibilities: Enable clients strategy by collecting ideas and implementing digital solutions Own end-to-end responsibility for product decisions and outcomes and co-create user-centric digital solutions to deliver business impact as part of a cross-functional team Groom best-in-class product features with detailed analysis of impact vs. value Own the creation and prioritization of the digital product backlog for specific digital solutions with a mission to shape and implement solutions that transform clinician and patient experiences Shape and own the digital product road-map and vision What You Will Need Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate / Bachelor degree Work Experience: At least 3 years of strong experience owning and delivering digital solutions; 5 years of experience preferred. 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred. Experience in playing a key role in digital product or platform development as the voice of the user by establishing a clear vision and communicating the story effectively to key stakeholders from ideation and go-live, to troubleshooting and enhancement.
