The Escrow Intern will work closely with the closers and processors to meet closing deadlines. The intern will gain valuable professional experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment. Responsibilities: Receive attorneys title opinions. Order abstract continuations. Process inspection reports. Order mortgage payoffs related to the sale of property. Complete commission processing. Upload recorded documents to files. Distribute mail and courier deliveries. Skills & Qualifications: Have an interest in Business, Accounting, Law, or Real Estate. Two years of college experience, preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Good attention to detail & ability to multi-task. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
