Job Summary This position requires a versatile person with a wide-range of skills, including coordinating the production of the web content for the Spears School of Business website (updating existing web pages, building new web pages from templates and troubleshooting any and all issues related to the website), writing copy for news releases, magazines, newsletters, advertising and other marketing/communications projects, and assisting with photography/videography to tell the stories of students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors and others. Busy environment with constant interaction with faculty, staff, and students. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining a calm and welcoming manner. Special Instructions to Applicants Please include: Cover Letter, Resume and Three References Position Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field * Demonstrated experience in communications, including but not limited to social media, video, web, writing, editing and content creation. * Position requires: Basic understanding of web sites operations, word processing with excellent spelling and grammar skills, and basic image manipulation skills. * Must be able to communicate effectively to interpret and implement suggestions and requests from Spears Personnel. Preferred Qualifications: * Website content management experience (preferably OmniUpdate), basic image manipulation, basic HTML.
