Marketing Specialist -Employer -Cox Automotive Location -Draper, Utah Salary -competitive Posted -Jun 19, 2019 Function -Marketing & Communications Specialty -Content Marketing Level -Experienced (Non-Manager) Metro Area -Salt Lake City Duration -Full Time -The Marketing Specialist, Cox Automotive Retail Solutions Group, will strengthen the Dealertrack DMS brand by helping the team execute marketing campaign, collateral development, and internal and external activations. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about event management and has a proven track record of project management across large organizations to drive positive team and client experiences. This individual will work closely with business partners across the entire organization to ensure our voice, content, and activities consistently deliver on the Dealertrack DMS mission and values. (P) Job Responsibilities: -Function as a member of the marketing team. -Work with Senior Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies for client events, community events, and trade shows. -Plan and oversee execution of marketing activities for all DMS events including promotions, signage, social media, email, and digital campaigns. -Manage the Dealertrack DMS store including managing inventory and liaising with sales team on collateral procurement. -Ensure event deliverables are on schedule, within budget, and tracking to KPIs. -Ensure appropriate corporate marketing signage is used for all event. -Work with manager to review event performance and develop pre, during, and post show plans. -Use project management software to track all event tasks. -Support content formatting, layout and graphics. -Update internal and external marketing portals. -Special project research and coordination. -Other sales support and administrative duties as assigned. -Travel as required by corporate marketing leadership. Qualifications: -BS/BA in business or marketing preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and work related experience -Generally 1+ years of marketing and/or promotions and customer service leadership experience -Previous experience in the auto industry preferred. -Excellent communication (written and verbal), organization and interpersonal skills -Knowledge of MS Office products -Ability to work in a high performance, fast paced team environment. -Ability to work under pressure with time constraints. -Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing work environment COX - 266#LI-266 About Cox Automotive Cox Automotive Inc. makes buying, selling and owning cars easier for everyone, while also enabling mobility services.
