Gregory FCA is looking for a driven self-starter who has the creative capacity to develop breakthrough social media ideas and content, and produce visuals to showcase in posts. You will work alongside our agency's founder, helping to take our firm's social media platforms to the next level. Essential Functions and Basic Duties Develop creative content to post on Gregory FCA's social channels. Produce visuals (photos, graphics, etc.) to showcase in social media posts. Proactively search for timely post ideas to help increase social media presence and engagement. Identify comments, messages and industry trends and report those findings to supervisor. Work in a fast-paced environment and turn social media ideas and posts around quickly. Engage and communicate with teams as directed by supervisor. Attend and participate in team and company training events. Stay current and have a basic understanding of topics specific to clients' industries in order to tie in timely ideas to social media posts. Monitor news and social media throughout the day, and identify and respond to issues and topics of interest to the teams/clients and Gregory FCA. Experience/Education An undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, digital media, journalism, English, or a similar major. Prior internship experience preferred. Skills Creative capacity to develop ideas and content Adaptable to changing work demands and priorities Self-starter who is willing to learn Ability to stay abreast of news and trends in digital communication Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive and proactive attitude Able to work well in a team environment and multitask Intermediate to advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Spark, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Desygner, or other relevant design tools If you would like to be considered, please submit your cover letter and resume.
