Student Internship: Technical Aide (STUDENTS ONLY) Edina Public Schools - Edina, MN3.8 2 hours agoInternship$9.90 an hour Apply Now Position: District media is looking for student technology aid interns to help out in Technology Services (located in the District Office) this summer. Students must be high school students. Duties & Responsibilities: One or more of the following: Assist in setup, moves and documentation of Computer Devices Organization and inventory of Chromebooks, iPads, Desktops, Laptops, Telephones Cleaning and sorting of various technical devices Assist in organization and documentation of network infrastructure Where appropriate work with network technician and building technician to clean and organize Network closets Document physical as well as logical topology of network Other duties as assigned. The technology department requires a broad range of work and although you may not feel certain tasks are within your job description, you will be asked to do anything you can think of. Minimum Qualifications to perform the duties of the position: Must be able to work at least 6 hours a day Must be responsible, reliable, and have a good work history Must be able to take direction Must be able to follow through on a given task without a supervisor present Ability to lift 50lbs Willingness to learn new skills a must!
