Financial Analyst We are currently searching for a financial professional that possesses a solid blend of business-savvy and strong analytical skills to provide financial planning and analysis support as part of the Companys FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this person will be a key member of the FP&A team to help grow and drive the business through quality financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. This analyst will be heavily involved with analyzing, reporting, and forecasting various functional expenses and will play a key role in the rolling six-quarter forecast process. In addition to key financial modeling and analysis skills, the ability to translate business issues into clear and meaningful financial forecasts and analyses is a key attribute possessed by the person that will fill this role. Responsibilities * The ability to work in a financial planning function, including annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-term strategic planning experience * Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (preferably in the software / technology sector) * A working knowledge of an enterprise level financial planning system * The executive presence and demeanor to work closely with the executive team in a fast-paced, demanding environment * Perform ad hoc analysis as required Required Skills & Experience * Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics * MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred * Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience, especially in a Finance business partner capacity * Exceptional written/oral communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to make timely decisions and draw appropriate conclusions from analysis of the business and financial information available * Keen problem solving skills * Capable of prioritizing and scheduling a diversified workload * Strives for continuous improvement * Self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environment * Excellent computer skills required, including a high degree of demonstrated Excel expertise and a working knowledge of an enterprise level financial planning system
