Posting Details POSTING INFORMATION Internal Title Temporary Custodian - Re-announcement (F/T)* Department Patriots Point Maintenance Minimum Requirements Elementary education and the ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions. Must have some custodial work experience. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be reliable and responsible. Must have some knowledge of routine cleaning and maintenance procedures. Must have a valid SC drivers license as the employee may be required to drive state vehicles to transport equipment and/or personnel when needed. Additional Comments Regarding Position Must be physically able to carry out duties as described, including lifting and handling heavy equipment and working outside in all types of weather. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. May be required to be on site or on campus prior to and immediately following all emergencies, such as hurricanes, floods, etc. Special Instructions to Applicants *The candidate filling this position may be eligible for healthcare benefits. **Pay rate is commensurate with education/experience which exceeds the minimum requirements.
