Electrical Contracting Company is seeking an individual for the Office Administrator role.
(Candidates with electrical estimating or project management experience are welcome to apply.)
Hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday
Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 / year
* Bachelor's Degree
* Driver's License (Preferred)
* Office administrative experience in construction or electrical environment: 2 year (Preferred)
* Bookkeeping or QuickBooks: 2 year (Preferred)
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to research and effectively present information.
* Adaptable; adjust and prioritize last-minute changes; committed to getting the job done.
* Efficient in preparing documents, managing info and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Excellent Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Set up and maintain files for new and existing projects.
* Gather insurance and other job required documents.
* Prepare bid proposals, change orders, delivery transmittals.
* Type out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc.
* Organize and file documents for daily business needs.
* Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times.
