To support the students in their learning with a stepping stone to real work experience in the areas of Store Operations, Marketing, Office Administration, and Human Resources. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conduct self professionally and in accordance with our Companys Core Values a. Committed b. Humble c. Integrity d. Passionate e. Supportive 2. Able to work 20 - 40 hours per week 3. Commit to the entire Internship Program period (eight-week program) 4. Comply with company policies and procedures 5. Report to work daily on a timely basis 6. Report to work in uniform in accordance with the Companys appearance standards 7. Have a positive attitude 8. Perform work as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Junior or Senior high school student status Posses a 2.0+ GPA Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Reliability and time management skills Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to walk and stand in place for several hours throughout the course of the day Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas IMPORTANT DATES: This Internship Program begins Monday, June 3, 2019 and ends Monday, July 29, 2019. CHILD LABOR CERTIFICATION: Students under 18 years of age will need to provide a State of Hawaii Workers Permit.
