PT Promotion Assistant Phoenix , AZ 85002 Entercom in Phoenix is looking for outgoing, hard-working and creative individuals to join the promotions team of our three radio stations in Phoenix KMLE Country @ 107.9, 94.5 KOOL-FM, and LIVE 101.5. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and working at radio station events such as concerts, remotes and broadcasts. Interact with listeners and giveaway prizes at station events while representing the station in a professional manner. Taking pictures and recapping events worked. Shadowing, office hours and studio hours are available upon request. Job Requirements: Must be a team player who is energetic, outgoing and takes initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Must be able to work days, evenings and/or weekends. Valid driver license with an excellent driving record is required. Some promotions/broadcast engineering work experience preferred. College Degree preferred, marketing, communications or broadcast engineering a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, use hands, and reach with hands/ arms. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Job requires a majority of the work day to be outside and interact with listeners.
