What Youll Get to Do: Responsible for software development, testing and trouble shooting and development process improvements. Monitor support issues from the field and interface with development to get such issues addressed. Help technical writers update user manuals. Software Development Proficient in programming languages, preferably in C, C++, C# and Java. NodeJS experience is preferred. Prototyping - Interest in prototyping software products. Creative Thinker Ability to visualize the product based on the requirements. Concept to realization. Assist Product Managers/Product Owners in requirements gathering and research support for larger, more complex projects. Interface with all levels of internal clients and analyze current business and software development processes Collaborate to develop user acceptance testing (UAT) specifications Support customer requests - Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions working with the development team. Develop training materials. Documentation Work with the development team and the technical writers to develop the documents and knowledge base articles for the products developed. Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned Responsibilities: Develop software for manufacturing execution system. Review Product Manuals by executing basic configuration steps and validating accuracy and ease of execution. Learns Product, help with triaging production issues and managing roll out to customer sites. Manage updates to Microsoft SharePoint - Organize Data Folders, Update existing Web Pages, Create New Web Pages, Design Work Flows, Manage User Accounts/Rights and Release management. Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. Review customer change requests periodically and take ownership to take it through the entire lifecycle of the request from creation to completion. What Youll Bring: Qualification: Currently pursuing a Masters degree in computer engineer or a related field Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail Strong in Computer Architecture and Programming concepts Task-oriented Self-starter Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills Strong written and verbal skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment Hands on experience with operating systems like CentOS and Windows. Proficient in programming languages like Java, C, C++ and C# Proficient in Database concepts. Passion towards customer support and enhancing customer experience. A sense of ownership and responsibility for delivery is valued the most.
