Based in New York City and with offices in LA, San Francisco, and Chicago, Skylight has activated iconic spaces and moments including the San Francisco Ferry Building, Moynihan Station, Clarkson Square, The ROW DTLA, The Chicago Board of Trade, and was home to NYFW for many years. Skylights team comes from a variety of disciplines, from architectural history and urban planning to food anthropology and beyond, and has engaged with some of the worlds most iconic brands including Nike, Google, Spotify, Herm�s, Dom P�rignon, and Alexander Wang. The SF Intern will have the opportunity to see firsthand how Skylights real estate assessments are created and the process through which brand partnerships are cultivated. At the end of the summer, the research intern will present the team with a final analysis project based on their focus points throughout the internship. Responsibilities: * Deep dives into upcoming company projects and potential activations * On-the-ground coordination with, and between, creative and venue teams * Accompanying client walkthroughs and meetings * Assisting with community and partner-driven programming logistics * Research into potential partnerships across industries Applicant qualifications: * Articulate, professional command of written and verbal speech * An undergraduate or recently graduated student at an accredited University or College * Comfortable with Microsoft and Google platforms * Professional in appearance with a proactive, responsive attitude * Efficient at time management and decision-making * Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills * Flexible schedule, additional availability expected per event schedules * Experienced with longform research projects * Experience in the fashion, marketing, culinary, real estate, or event planning industries a plus!
