This includes and is not limited to: websites, social media, print materials, digital materials, branding and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will evaluate and track all business growth due to marketing across all platforms. The marketing manager is responsible for creating and implementing all marketing systems in order to increase effectiveness and efficiencies across all platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and managing digital and print marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all messaging delivered across all media: in-house print, publications print, all digital advertising and marketing, email, video and campaigns. Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites, tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websites. Responsibilities will include managing any redesign of company websites, improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company websites. The Marketing Manager will utilize a range of techniques including but not limited to paid search, SEO and PPC. This role will be responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing. Responsibilities will include overseeing the social media strategy for the company, managing online brand and campaigns to raise brand awareness. The Marketing Manager will evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. The Marketing Manager is responsible for reviewing new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. This role will work very closely with all leadership of PDX Property Group. Regular work activities will include managing the PDX Property Group brand. The marketing manager will be responsible for creating and implementing branding standards across all platforms. Work-flow will be monitored and assessed for efficiency. All team members and employees of PDX Property Group are expected to be involved in the growth of and refer clients into the team when appropriate. Marketing Manager remains open to working directly with Team Leader on projects indirectly related to PDX Property Group, but not be limited to digital marketing of other businesses, coaching, or personal promotion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Continue to build a strong brand. Continue to build strong relationships with current clients, past clients, and future clients as well as current and future partner agents through digital and print marketing. Build culture on our team through brand connectivity. Help the team increase productivity and business through lead generation, development of websites and social media, consistent messaging, and creating customer and client engagement. Work with and develop a designated Virtual Assistant. Strategy, design, and delivery of all digital and print marketing Social media management Website development and content creation.
