Role Summary Liaison with dealers and VWGOA to assist in updating our business models to capture new opportunities in online sales channels and prepare for electrification together with colleagues both in G4 and the greater organization. Prepare sales strategy together with US sales (new Retail, Fleet, sales cost). Work with partners across the organization and key outside support on designing the future customer experience concentrating on first touch points in digital to how that translates to delivery and ownership, and loyalty for the VW brand. Constantly looking for ways to be more customer centric in our processes and determine best path for ownership and sales experiences on all fronts. Role Responsibilities Prepare sales strategy together with internal departments regarding electrification and improve mobility services in NAR Prepare market and all stakeholders for the new era of digitization Improve the costumer experience over the lifecycle from initial contact through ownership and loyalty Support dealers with new business models and thereby conjointly prepare them for electrification Define and execute a communication plan to increase in general the awareness for electrification and mobility services and specifically for the preparation of the launch of new vehicles. 10+ years of professional experience in Marketing & Sales 7-10 years of experience of product and/or project management Analytical and conceptual thinking using logic and reason, creative and strategic approach Problem solving orientation and motivation to work around obstacles Ability to steer cross-functional teams Demonstrated capabilities in writing & presentation skills Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a positive, solution orientated attitude High level of communication skills Influencing and negotiation skills Agility to work within an environment which is in a constant state of evolution An entrepreneurial mindset Knowledge of different sales models in time of including digital and physical presence and best practices from industry and among existing network. Experience with marketing of mobility services Experience in project management Desired Qualifications Advanced Degree Knowledge of automotive industry specifically regarding electrification Work Flexibility Several travels within NAR and to worldwide locations may be necessary We are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
