It is a yearlong program with 3 rotations, once every 4 months to understand and contribute to our various growth areas including Technology, Product Management, Marketing, Investor Relations, & Corporate Operations among others. It is a highly selective and intense program where the best and the brightest, work closely with the core leadership on real-world problems and solutions. You will have first-hand experience working in an early stage company going through rapid growth to prepare you for your own entrepreneurial journey or joining the next generation workforce. Our TLP Internship program is an 11-week summer program to provide an opportunity to experience the full-time TLP program. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, execute and operate on assignments in your areas of rotation. Participate, learn and contribute in the design, engineering and in maintaining Coegils product. Collaborate with product management, other engineering and operational teams in producing high-quality software using common approaches and standards. Learn, understand and contribute to our engineering culture. Manage your own time and work well both independently and as part of a team. Launch, iterate and make a difference. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in the US. with 3.5 GPA or higher. Coding proficiency in Python (strongly preferred), Java, or C/C++. Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and the finance industry. Effective communications skills. Quick learner, analytical and effective problem-solving skills. Be willing to work in Connecticut. Preferred Qualifications Excellent coding skill in Python, Java, or C/C++. Experience with big data and machine learning. No employment sponsorship offered at this time.
