This is an important early in career position where you'll provide essential support for department managers, students, Advisors and external stakeholders. SRA is a growing organization; candidates will need to be flexible and interested in assuming additional duties resulting from expansion. Key Responsibilities * Assist Advisors in their work with students on career development related topics; review student internship application materials (such as resumes, cover letters and essays), provide training * Create new and update previous marketing material to promote internship/entry level job opportunities * Assist with preparing students for interviews and navigating the job offer negotiation process * Organize, track, and compile information and data in Salesforce.com, GoogleDrive, etc. * Assist in planning, coordinating, and facilitating age-specific in-person and virtual workshops * Partner with team to create career development related content for students * Provide administrative support to department managers * Monitor company/organization list to check when applications are open * Perform data analysis, create reports and presentations for staff and external stakeholders * Assist in overseeing SRA summer intern Required Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree required * 2 years relevant experience in career services, counseling, student personnel, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience facilitating workshops and preparing training materials * Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, ability to produce written materials with speed and accuracy * Ability to provide guidance in the interview and negotiation process * Proficient in creating and editing effective resumes, cover letters and other job application materials * Comfortable handling multiple simultaneous projects with flexibility as time-sensitive needs arise * Strong computer skills and knowledge of Salesforce * Strong interpersonal skills and sense of humor * Excellent judgment and ability to coach students through difficult situations * Self directed, highly organized and motivated; deadline driven * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; enjoy working remotely * Access to reliable car * Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed * Must live in the SF Bay Area Overview We're looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Career Development team as an Internship Program Coordinator.
