Marketing Manager Carollo Engineers, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, USA Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Assists and collaborates with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development efforts * Coordinates corporate or regional business development and marketing support activities * Monitors and supports outside marketing activities, including conferences, open house events, and trade shows * Responsible for proposal process management, scheduling, resource allocation, proposal strategy and development * Understands Client Account Analysis (CAA) process and is able to facilitate both project-specific and client-specific CAAs * Responsible for interview preparation, including development of detailed schedule, documenting interview requirements, story-board and interview outline, and coordination with external vendors * Contributes to opportunity tracking and business development elements of revenue forecasting and proposal strategy development * Directs the writing, editing, and creative presentation for non-technical proposal sections * Manages the company business development database and maintains standards * Supervises other marketing support staff Required Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Word * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Ability to handle multiple projects * Knowledge of industry, sales and marketing process Required Experience * College degree * Minimum of 7 years of experience in industry-specific marketing Preferred Education and Experience * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and InDesign Carollo is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
