About the Job
We are currently seeking a Branch Digital Specialist who will act as a marketing resource and digital subject matter expert for all of the District Managers and Financial Professionals across the branch. This encompases being the SME of all marketing/digital tools and platforms, and supporting the onboarding process for all new FP recruits. This role provides support to the branch and is responsible for complex issues independently as a specialist. You will be responsible for education, training and support on tools like Hearsay Social, Salesforce, Marketing Tool, Emerald, ClientLink, LinkedIn, Facebook, Join.me, Paper Clip, Mining Diamonds, Skype, etc. You will be the Salesforce Branch Champion and SME of all Salesforce questions, trainings, and projects to aid Financial Professionals. You will also be responsible for the onboarding process of adding new candidates to Smartsheet when they are studying for their licensing exams. You will also work independently to support the sales organization with client support activities including training, meetings and seminars, branch communications, and other support programs.
Bachelor's Degree preferred along with 2-4 years experience. Research and data gathering ability. Analytical skills, Strong organizational skills, Advanced problem solving skills, Ability to negotiate in highly technical situations, Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, Ability to manage multiple projects. Expertise with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
