We're looking for an experienced, versatile content marketing manager to join our Solutions Marketing team. You will manage and develop long form content that forms the cornerstone of our marketing campaigns as well as articulate compelling outcomes oriented stories to build credibility, communicate our point of view and evangelize CCM as a market category . Supported by a talented in-house creative studio and campaign managers , you will lead and deliver the best content for maximum amplification and a true business impact.
Write, edit and curate a wide variety of top-of-funnel and mid-funnel content, demonstrating top-notch prose and subject matter acumen in B2B marketing to the enterprise
Drive content strategy for Box-authored content, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Brand to determine what content to create and how to amplify it internally and externally
Work with external vendors to ensure editorial excellence and messaging consistency
Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing teams at Box to drive content strategy and serve as a thought partner
Craft session content for BoxWorks and other events, including working with executive speakers and moderators and creating decks
Interview our top reference customers and create compelling outcomes oriented customer stories for our website
5 + years experience writing, editing and curating content such as eBooks, white papers, web pages, blog posts, social copy, presentations and more, preferably at a B2B tech company
Proven track record as a cross-functional content marketer and content strategist
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure amidst shifting priorities
Experience creating content and working with executives for industry conferences
Self-starter with strong project management skills, creative vision and a collaborative approach
Experience with cloud and SaaS
Experience as a journalist or news writer a plus
MBA a plus
