Job Summary: The Marketing & Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO and assist with the Company marketing effort. Marketing & Executive Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: * Provide a high level of administrative support to the CEO. * Assist Mobile HQ staff with the preparation/coordination, production and distribution of corporate meetings, sales conferences, training seminars, etc. * Prepare and coordinate presentations and materials for customer proposals, internal meetings and conferences. (Must be expert in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.) * Miscellaneous administrative duties such as drafting communications, making appointments, scheduling meetings, ordering lunches if necessary, faxing, mailing, postage, FedEx/UPS, ordering supplies, filing, travel coordination, etc. Marketing Responsibilities: * Presentation and proposal editing/production/organization (to include binding and shipping). * Perform occasional competitive and sales-related market research via search engines and business research databases/platforms * Develop content/draft copy for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns * Measure and track performance of campaigns, report results * Process and track all departmental invoices to ensure that vendors are paid on time (gather signatures, tracks invoices, process and send to A/P, track payment status, etc.) * Process all P-card purchases, which has a separate processing and tracking system in addition to the above. * Assist with the logistics on all trade shows and events. * Track budgets for each trade showrecording expenses in excel spreadsheets, etc. Manage excel files of attendance lists, leads, post-show results, etc. * Maintain internal distribution lists for information dissemination. * Order supplies, business cards, and stationery for office and for marketing and business development individuals. * Miscellaneous sales and marketing support as required.
