We are currently looking for a Program/ Communications Support to join our team. Principle duties and essential functions: Support PMO activity including process analysis, system analysis, measuring success, and stakeholder and leadership reporting Understand business processes and interpret them to define requirements, analyze current as-is processes and conceptualize to-be requirements Support the development of detailed user requirements, user stories, test scenarios and test cases Support solution developers and business subject matter experts with documentation of functional and technical processes using Visio; Develop detailed process maps and business process procedure documentation Analyze data and draw conclusions from the data as it relates to business processes Develop MSProject and Word briefings, documents and white papers Develop Standard Operating procedures and desktop procedures for business users Work with subject matter experts to define performance measures and collection methodology Support Business Process Reengineering capture of time and motion metrics Execute integrated testing of new functionality; ensure tests cover all requirements Preparing for and documenting outcomes of workshops and meetings Collect, catalog and maintain organization artifacts for incorporation into enterprise architecture database Required Skills: 4 - 6 years experience Bachelor's degree Financial management/accounting process background/education and/or experience MS Office experience including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio Hands-on experience developing process maps in Visio Experience working with MS Project, Word briefings, documents and white papers Supporting technology solutions (i.e. hands-on experience) Strong documentation and communication skills Prior experience in data analytics and data manipulation using Excel or other tools Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures Innovative, think out of the box Proof of U.S. citizenship is required due to the government of federal requirement Applicants selected for employment may be subject to a federal background investigation Preferred skills: Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively analyze & resolve issues Federal Government Procurement & Accounting business process knowledge Strong organizational skills Location: * Washington DC-based * Some travel required (up to 25%) Back Share
