Client Relations Contract Specialist -Employer -Cox Automotive Location -Wilmington, Ohio Salary -competitive Posted -Jul 01, 2019 Function -Operations & Strategy Specialty -Account Management,Client Services Level -Experienced (Non-Manager) Metro Area -Dayton Duration -Full Time -This position will provide contract, client and sales support to the CMS business. This position will interact with multiple internal teams and clients in order to answer client contract and project questions and create agreements for the agreed upon projects. This position will also work with the States on contracts to enable the business services through the State. (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) Essential Functions: (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) (P) -Support non-managed clients with contract questions and Service Request Forms for projects like database testing, merger of databases, clean up file projects, etc. by putting together the SRF with pricing and getting with the appropriate departments to verify an estimate of work and timing to complete the project. Managing the process from start to finish. 60% -Client Contract Management assist with preparation, distribution, and execution of contract documents like State Contracts and Service Request Forms (SRF); process pricing information through appropriate channels to ensure proper billing; properly disburse all fully executed documents; maintain contract renewal site of Sales & Marketing; sales pipeline updates; update CRM with new client/contact information; assign Client IDs to new Clients 20% -Scanning and archiving all completed agreements 5% -Physical file maintenance within the title vault 5% -Client or client prospect due diligence and compliance document requests- 5% (P) -Other special projects and duties as assigned. 5% (P) (P) Qualifications:Required Qualifications: (P) -HS Diploma or GED required -2+ years of relevant experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Experience managing client interactions -Excellent technical skills, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook -Ability to operate scanning and OCR equipment -Adept at filing and overall organization -Attention to Detail -Excellent office and documentation administrative skills -Excellent data entry skills (P) About Cox Automotive (P) Cox Automotive Inc. makes buying, selling and owning cars easier for everyone, while also enabling mobility services.
