Work collaboratively with Recruiting and HBS Management to create policy and procedures for ensuring the quality and integrity of internships and Career Track participants. Coordinate with leadership the development and implementation of a viable internship program Interview internship and Career Track candidates. Build relationship with colleges and universities, including speaking to classes. Interface with recruiting efforts to ensure that talent acquisition goals are met. Provide supervision or arrange supervision for Interns. Develop an internship manual and promotional material and updates as needed Participate in job fairs at colleges/universities. Collaborate with recruiting for staff development and interns. Adminster all necessary paperwork for the internship. Assist recruiting staff in development of employer relations through verbal and written communications and membership in professional organizations. Provide optimal marketing strategies to increase internships and Career Track participation. Manage and take ownership of the Career Track program participants. Lead Clinical Internship Supervision processes and coordination with school requirements. Work with Finance to ensure Career Track is being properly reimbursed. Facilitate conflict resolution and building consensus, as needed. Provide feedback to Vice President of Human Resources & Leadership. Mentor, teach, and conduct follow ups to those in the internship and career track programs Identify trends and development outcomes that will assist with recruiting and retention. Provide leadership and direction in the areas of individual assessment, educational choices, career-planning and development for career track participants and interns. Create Career Track packet, manual, marketing materials, etc Manage Career Track policies and procedures. Maintain up to date tracking system in designated database. Perform other essential duties and tasks specific to position. Qualifications/Requirements Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, mental health, or marriage and family therapy preferred Licensed by the State of Indiana as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT for supervision, preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work within a team Knowledgeable in Clinical Core Competencies Belief in the family preservation philosophy and the potential for human change. Knowledge of crisis intervention and stress debriefing.
