They will ensure the entire team hums along as one perfectly tuned engine to deliver the modern, relevant Dunkin brand in todays fast-paced, consumer-driven world. What Youll Be Working On- Coordinate and manage project schedules and production timelines across brand stewardship team and agency partners Work with admin assistants to plan and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders, agency partners Ensuring integration of internal departments throughout planning and creative development process Financial tracking: interface with DD project leads, agency acct teams, DD finance to plan and track spend against strategic initiatives/deliverables Assist project teams with production activities: product orders, color correct packaging orders, logistics Oversee admin/execution of creative asset libraries. Liaison between national and local agency partners on creative asset share-outs Assist teams with development of presentation materials: decks, videos, kickoff events Assist teams with delivering brand guidelines on packaging and other key brand assets What Youll Need- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent work experience) 1-2 years Advertising or Marketing experience Additional Perks 1:30 release every Friday On site fitness gym Casual dress code- jeans every day!
