Responsibilities: - Scheduling interviews and phone screens - Working directly with candidates and hiring managers - Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires - Providing follow-up to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email - Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status - Previous Recruiting Coordinator or HR assistant experience Preferred Qualifications: - Customer service, attention to detail and organization skills - Verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Must be familiar with using V-Lookups and Pivot Tables in Excel About Colvin Resources Group: Colvin Resources Group (CRG) is a recruiting agency specializing in placing accounting and financial professionals.
