MSB Global Resources specializes in developing engineering personnel (mechanical, electrical, stress, design, weight, flammability, flight test), project management, supplier management, and manufacturing to major aerospace companies worldwide. MSB Aerospace specializes in the manufacturing of interior components for business and VIP jets. MSB Aerospace produces Crystal, China and Flatware inserts, Hi-Lo conference tables, mechanisms and customized cabinet kits for VIP wide-body aircraft and business aviation. What intrigues you about recruitment?* The ability to identify talent from a variety of sources and serving as a resource to hiring managers to find and cultivate candidates? * Gathering data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent? * Challenging the status quo through meaningful data to create a better and stronger recruiting process? * Demonstrating skill in recruiting research methods which will primarily focus on key markets? May include cold calling depending on role. * Collaborating with HR/Leadership to identify internal talent and inclusively seeks diverse external talent through formal and informal networks? Serves at the connector of talent across geographies and business lines. * Building strong relationships with candidates to develop a strong virtual bench and create a world class candidate experience? * Representing MSB externally with the utmost integrity and strong focus on quality relationships? * Creating a strong brand identity through the use of MSBs social media platform? * Creating marketing materials and looks for opportunities to brand MSB in new markets as well as in the areas of highest demand? Heres what it takes to catch our attention. * Working toward a four (4) year college degree, preferably final year * At least 1 or more years of working experience or internships, preferable * Ability and excitement around learning technical sourcing, will be working in a high growth environment supporting multiple technical hiring teams * Knowledge of advanced boolean and other search string methodologies * Knowledge of creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)Proven track record of using creative sourcing approaches without giving up * Ability to deliver quality results within the expected time frame * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment * Adaptable to a variety of situations/cool under pressure * Strong skills in client relationship management * Detail oriented with strong organizational skills * Energy and drive to present a compelling story to a passive candidate * Forms relationships quickly; is naturally inquisitive * Demonstrates the ability to persuade and convince potential candidates on MSBs Employee Value Proposition. * Quickly understands the needs of the candidate and hiring manager * Must be able to cold call and compile qualifications based on position profile * Maintains strong knowledge of competition and advises on potential trends that may influence recruiting
