Must be able to work as part of an interactive team and work independently. Incumbent reports to the Supervisory Management Analyst. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: GS-5: 3 years of progressively responsible general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the GS-4 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrated the ability to 1. Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2. Plan and organize work; and 3. Communicate effectively orally and in writing. OR 4 year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree in any field. GS-7: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-5 grade level in the Federal Service and examples include: Troubleshooting software and computer issues and experience working in the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), the Procurement Request Information System Management (PRISM), or Financial Business Intelligence System (FBIS). OR 1 full year (18 semester hours ) of graduate level education that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR meets the superior academic achievement. GS-9: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 grade level in the Federal Service and examples include: Troubleshooting and/or providing end user support for Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), the Procurement Request Information System Management (PRISM), or Financial Business Intelligence System (FBIS). OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years (36 semester hours) of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such as degree and such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
