Label Technician-Reject Cage Impact Fulfillment Services, LLC. - Moreno Valley, CA3.2 14 hours agoFull-timeEstimated: $27,000 - $37,000 a year Save Education * High School Diploma or GED Skills * Multilingual * Analysis Skills * Microsoft Office Job Summary: Responsible for controlling the MPR (Master Production Record) process. Ensure proper and accurate specifications are verified prior to production. Review and release BPR (Batch Paperwork Record) paperwork. Perform tasks to ensure scrapped materials and products are accounted for, documented as damaged, and distributed to the appropriate drums for disposal. Job Functions: Work within P&G quality systems to ensure MPR specifications are printed within a 24 hour window prior to production. Work with Customer Planning, Master Scheduler and Production Management when updates become available. Work within RTCIS and SAP systems to pull PO?s, Lot Codes, and expiration dates. Provide Label Technician with SAP data to ensure label accuracy. Create, assemble, and disseminate MPR?s. Receive scrap product from a production build and identify with a Red reject tag that includes the correct brand code, lot code, and quantity of feeder rejected. Log all scrap received in an Excel spread sheet. Separate hazardous waste products from non-hazardous waste products utilizing Gaylord bins or 55 gallon drums, and identifying accordingly. Utilize CapDB database from Stericycle to verify brand codes in order to properly profile products. Ensure proper labels are applied to drums and bins prior to the first unit of product placed inside. Place filled drums in the hand-off area for transport by the 3PL. Effectively communicate relevant information to management timely. Resolve and/or escalate issues timely. Follow IFS SOP?s, cGMP?s, and support all continuous improvement efforts. Follow all site and OSHA safety rules while in office areas and on production floor. Set an example for all employees by adhering to the site Dress Code including wearing all required PPE. Additional duties as may be assigned. Job Specifications (Includes Education/Certifications/Licenses, etc.) High school diploma or GED required. Prior RCRA and 49-CFR training and experience preferred. Detail oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
