05-Jul-2019 Job Title Analytics Coordinator Business Segment Staff Responsibilities Analytics Coordinator (Entry-Level Data Science) This role is designed to be an entry level support role for the Corporate Decision Sciences Department. While a portion of this persons time will be spent supporting the organization with various administrative duties, the role also affords the right candidate the opportunity to gain exposure to the broader CDS project portfolio. Potential projects might include, supporting the central Corporate Forecasting team through data cleansing and transformations, supporting on-going linear and forecasting efforts, utilizing various big data and analytics tools like SQL, Python, Spark, Tableau, or Domo, or participating in various ad hoc projects supporting the broader organization utilizing data and advanced analytics tools Here's what you'll do in this role * Provide professional phone coverage at all times; screen all calls and determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attention * Coordinate travel arrangements * Schedule meetings, register guests, nbsp;book conference rooms * Overall management of busy calendars * Process and track expense reimbursements * Process vendor invoices * Maintain and update contacts lists * Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Assist with the onboarding logistics of new hires, interns, and contractors * Prepare power point presentations * Assist CDS team in handling various data visualization and analytics requests * Handle various introductory ad hoc visualization and analytics projects Job Number 49944BR Posting Category Research Analytics Country United States Sub-Business Enterprise Business Intelligence About Us At NBCUniversal, we believe in the talent of our people.
