Primary Purpose: Works with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to ensure software application(s) meet business objectives.
Gathers and documents customer requirements.
Administer and configure CareConnect agency management application.
Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize the product backlog during planning meetings.
Provide ongoing support during the implementation and post go-live phases.
Establish close partnerships with supported departments to gain a solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and data requirements.
Configure and monitor application performance.
Performs Quality Assurance testing to ensure software meets requirements.
Coordinate with other team members including other business analysts, QA analysts, and Delivery Managers.
Plan for and manage the software update release schedule.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (or equivalent experience in Home Health / Healthcare Industry or Application Software-related application administrator)
1 - 2 years of experience in IT, preferably in healthcare industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively with both business and technical end users in a team environment
Experience using Jira is a plus.
