Your role at Sephora: As Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Communications and larger Communications & Employee Engagement team as a whole on executing multiple engagement programs, employee experience events and communications projects for Sephora employees. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be responsible for: Supporting the team with the planning, coordination and execution of employee engagement/experience events at Sephora including: Vendor sourcing and management. Coordinating with cross functional teams to develop new ideas and employee experiences Maintaining budgets related to events and archiving processes to ensure ROI on events. All onsite execution. Supporting Sephora employee communications Writing and copy/edit newsroom stories to support intranet and weekly newsletters Employee intranet maintenance and company calendar Supporting employee facing Instagram account with creative ideas and content Research new vendors and opportunities for employee programs & stories (potential new guest speakers, local food & bev, etc.) Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative. Were excited about you if you have: 2 years of relevant experience in coordination/project management; previous communications (external or internal) or HR (recruiting, employee experience, engagement) exposure and event experience is a plus. Strong copywriter and creative thinker. Highly skilled with Microsoft Office suite, Organizational software (e.g., Smartsheet, Box), data management and Adobe suite knowledge and experience a plus. Self-starter, with a high degree of initiative with the ability to work interactively in a fast paced environment and proactively with various levels within the department. High-level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Passion for people and employee experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in an events environment; willingness to travel; lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
