Works with CDO and CEO to initiate and coordinate visits and asks for the Endowment Campaign. Also manages cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual giving prospects for annual fund. Responsible for writing proposals for both unrestricted operating revenue and restricted projects to individual donors. Manages overall matrix and reports of Endowment Campaign and related individual asks. TRAVEL REQUIRED: This position will occasionally require evening and/or weekend time.SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Initiates identifying new donors and visits to cultivate them. Oversees, manages, and coordinates cultivation steps toward endowment and individual giving. Develops mailings or other outreach activities targeted to cultivate and solicit endowment gifts. Coordinates visits and asks for the Endowment Campaign. Prepares and submits stewardship reports to donors as required. Maintains regular personal contact with past and current Endowment and individual giving donors. Works collaboratively with colleagues in connection with all fundraising activities and special events. Maintains Raiser's Edge records and actions for each activity; ensures appropriate acknowledgement and stewardship of donors and sponsors. Assists in other activities as requested in the Financial Development department; and Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of four years of related experience in individual fundraising preferred. Previous working experience with Raiser's Edge database and research databases/resources required. Experience with standard office computing environment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database software, is required. Required Skills: 1.
