We are looking for a motivated and talented Staff Engineer to join our San Francisco office.
What you ll be doing: As a member of a collaborative technical team, you will be working on regulatory compliance projects related to food and beverage facilities. Responsibilities will include preparation of regulatory self-monitoring reports for wastewater, groundwater, drinking water, air and/or hazardous materials regulatory programs. You will be responsible for technical execution of work including generation of data tables, figures and descriptive text, preparation of water balances, groundwater contour maps and evaluation of land application programs. You will provide assistance to project managers with project schedule and budget control, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure that the projects meet and exceed client expectations, onsite assistance to clients with EH&S needs, and field data collection. Position will require regular travel to client sites and occasional overnight assignments.
Depending upon client requirements, this position may be subject to drug testing before starting work at the client s work site and randomly thereafter.
What you ll need:
* BS in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or a related engineering discipline is required
* 0-5 years related experience
* Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
* Valid driver s license and acceptable driving record
* AutoCAD and GIS experience are desirable
