Our interns will have the opportunity to be mentored by the ZABS Place innovative team. A bit about us: For the past 9 years, we've been creating opportunities for kids and young adults with special needs to help them get comfortable hanging out with others and become active members of the community. Nearly 5 years ago we started a new initiative to teach our special friends job skills and offer them employment based on their individual talents and passions. Thats how ZABS Place was born! Responsibilities: * Create and curate engaging content * Effectively utilize our social media channels * Conduct media relations * Support the implementation of PR events and initiatives * Manage our Google Ads Grants Account Requirements: Students applying for this internship must have strong communication skills and should be majoring in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or Journalism. Applicants should also have strong writing skills, as well as a solid understanding of social media. Serious Inquiries Only! This is a volunteer position for 10hrs/week.
